Bodywork
The Deeper Healing approach is a synergistic blend of both Western and Eastern modalities. This approach utilizes the extreme effectiveness of clinical deep tissue and fascia release work for structural issues and pain, yet also attends to the 'energetic' aspect of the client by using a variety of methods such as acupressure, breathwork, energywork and more. This blend of modalities addresses emotional or mind-body issues that have contributed to patterns in the first place. In this way, Deeper Healing bodywork intends to bring you to the greatest sense of balance and wholeness that is possible through massage therapy.

Medical/Health Intuitive Evaluation
In intuitive sessions, I observe your state of health with my intuitive sight, noting issues and areas of concern. I look for the source of the problem, not just the symptoms, and offer practical suggestions on how to work with yourself to experience a deeper healing. These sessions are often combined with a hands-on component, but can be done by itself or on the phone.
